Required Qualifications:

No previous experience is required. The candidate must be prepared to work either the five days before the Festival, The two days after the Festival or both.

Important personal qualities

Outgoing and enthusiastic manner. Able to work independently.

Candidate must be physically fit.

Candidate must be prepared to work long odd hours outdoors rain or shine.

Some knowledge of common household DIY jobs is an asset. Such as painting, nailing, digging and plumbing.

Common sense is essential.

Job Description:

The set-up crew member must be prepared to work from 8:00am until 6:30pm daily.

Each day the crew will meet at the designated meeting point and will be divided into teams that will be assigned jobs for the day. There will be a lunch time progress meeting and an end of day meeting to review the progress made.

We will work rain or shine.

Most crew camp on site for the weekend but this is not required if you live locally.

Required equipment.

Heavy boots, rubber boots, leather gloves, rain suit, old cloths.

Pay

  • £50 per day.
  • Lunch will not be provided.
  • A Festival crew T-shirt.
